Clinical Observation Of Self-Made Shugan Huayu Decoction Treating Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands With Kidney Deficiency, Phlegm And Blood Stasis Through Clinical Observation

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of self-made Shugan Huayu Dec oction treating hyperplasia of mammary glands with kidney deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis through clinical observation.Method:80patients diagnosed with kidney deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome mammary hyperplasia. They were randomly divide d into treatment group and control group. Patients in the treatment grou p were treated with Shugan Huayu Decoction, while patients in the con trol group were treated with Rukang soft capsules. They started to take in these drugs in the luteal phase after the first day of menstruation i n menstrual clean and stopped taking the medication in menstrual perio d.2menstrual cycles was a single course of treatment. Cured patients were followed up for1menstrual cycle. During observation, patients w ere forbidden to eat cola, coffee and chocolate. Observe and make stati stic after two courses of treatment.Results:Application of self-made Shugan Huayu Decoction in the t reatment of breast hyperplasia, breast pain patients can significantly red uce or disappear and breast mass diminution was soft or even disappear ed. Moreover, it can obviously improve the symptoms of the patients. C ompared with control group, breast pain and lumps in the treatment gro up were obviously alleviated. Treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gla nds in the total effective rate was95.45%, compared to the control gro up on the mammary glands of the total effective rate was72.22%.the tr eatment group was significantly better than the control group, two grou ps comparative efficacy have significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Shugan Huayu Decoction on hyperplasia of mammary glands has the efficacy of soothing the liver and invigorating kidney, activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm, it can effect ively improve the patient’s symptoms.
