| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Zi-Dian-Qing grain on patients of Henoch-Schonlein purpura, to provide scientific basis with method of cooling blood and activating blood treatmenting Henoch-Schonlein purpura.Method:There are60cases of blood hert or blood hert and stasis syndrome patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura giving ZI-Dian-Qing treatment, observed before and after treatment itself symptoms and routine urine in power field and urinary protein urine differences after four weeks.Result:(1) The total effective rate of giving ZI-Dian-Qing reaches96.7%.(2) The experiment group by Zi-Dian-Qing can significantly ease the skin purpura, abdominal pain, joint pain, urinaey protein and urine power field.Conclusion:There are significant results of blood hert or blood hert and stasis syndrome patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura giving ZI-Dian-Qing treatment, Compared with before and after treatment symptom scores do matching test was statistically significant (P<0.05), It can significantly ease the skin purpura, abdominal pain, joint pain, urinaey protein and urine power field. |
