Abutilon theophrasti Medic is a plant belonging to the Malvaceae family,which is annual herb, The whole plant is bitter, nature, detoxification, expelling wind, treatment of diarrhea, otitis media, tinnitus, hearing loss, joint pain and other diseases.Qing Asako before fruit set out in the Tang Materia Medica, as a grass men products, said Qing real, for the treatment of Chibai dysentery, gonorrhea astringent pain, carbuncles head nebula, and scrofula.In China, in addition to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, other provinces and autonomous regions are produced, very rich in wildlife resources.Abutilon theophrasti Medic has wide range of civilian applications, in order to fully utilize this plant resourcesdy, we study on their stems and leaves antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and other pharmacodynamic Basic Research and Quality Assessment way.The in vitro antibacterial Experimental results show that:looking gentamicin injection as positive control drug, improving alcoholextract observe the antibacterial activity on staphylococcus aureus, E. coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. inhibition rates were:36.73%,35.90%and38.25%. Butanol layer inhibition of pneumococcal best inhibition rate of34.45%. Water layer on the inhibition of Shigella rate of34.87%.Bacteriostatic test in vivo results show that, with Staphylococcus aureus as indicator bacteria, and the blank as a reference, in mice the best stem Yeti and water to improve dose, the survival rate was50%, with Escherichia coli as indicator bacteria, for the protection of mice better for stem and leaf alcohol increased dose and n-butanol, survival rates were62.5%and50%.Experimental results show that with anti-inflammatory, blank as a reference, the xylene induced ear swelling experiment in aspirin group, alcohol increased dose, water to improve dose, ethyl acetate and n-butanol layer, layer of the inhibition rates were54.81%,48.19%,37.98%,38.35%and43.01%; acetic acid induced mouse peritoneal capillary vessel permeability of dexamethasone group, alcohol increased dose, water to improve dose, ethyl acetate and n-butanol layer, layer of the inhibition rates were63.26%,53.96%,52.49%,54.13%and44.05%; the xylene-induced mouse skin capillary permeability experiment dexamethasone group, alcohol increased dose, water to improve dose, ethyl acetate and n-butanol layer, layer respectively63.26%,53.53%,55.70%,54.54%and48.64%. n-butanol layer, layer respectively63.26%,53.53%,55.70%,54.54%and48.64%.From the pharmacognosy research, we determine the characteristics of stems and leaves of microstructure and physical and chemical identification. Looking total flavonoids and rutin as an index, using UV spectrophotometry and HPLC determination way,study on the different growth stages of total flavonoids and rutin combination,considerd with the dry weight loss to determine that the best harvest time of stems and leaves of herbs is early August to mid-January. HPLC method was used to establish the fingerprint of the stems and leaves of herbs, there are19common peakson the fingerprint; using SPSS software,10origin abutilon sample hierarchical cluster analysis is divided into two classes, ten origin herbs similarity average of about0.87,it provides a reference for the control of velvetleaf stems and leaves of medicinal quality.The results of this study provide a scientific basis for the rational development and utilization of Abutilon theophrasti Medic.
