Study And Comparison Of Pharmacognosy Quality Of Codonopsis Pilosula

Objective：Make a system research and evaluation aboat quality to theChongqing city Fengjie county GAP base of Codonopsis tangshen, andcomparison of Codonopisis pilosula(Franeh．)Nannf． and Codonopsispilosula Nannf．var．modesta(Nannf．)L．T．Shen, identification ofCodonopsis tangshen pharmacognostic quality, Brief introduction therationality of the different medicinal plants of Codonopsis pilosula as aChinese medicine clinical use,for Chongqing city departments to integratethe resource of Chinese herbal medicines;To plan to develop and utilizateChinese herbal medicine resources; and provide a scientific basis for theselection of GAP compliance of Codonopsis tangshen planting, andprovide reference of Codonopsis tangshen for the establishment ofChongqing production quality standards.Methods：Based on the literature review and field survey in FengjieCounty of Chongqing Property of Codonopsis tangshen medicinal plantsresources investigation in Fengjie County, selection of Codonopsistangshen growth production base in four different years of Codonopsistangshen, as well as the Shanxi biennial Codonopsis pilosula and Gansu biennial Codonopsis modesta, based on the identification and determinationof its moisture content respectively, ash and acid insoluble ash content,water extract, ethanol extract of Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharidecontent,(UV method), Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharidemonosaccharide composition (HPLC method), the content of totalflavonoids (UV method) and comparative research.Results：according to the《Chinese Pharmacopoeia》2010edition includeddangshen medicinal plant sources of Campanulaceae plant，C.pilosula, C.tangshen and C. modesta. According to the experimental study shows： inthe characters，three kinds of plants with different characteristics，andharvest，storage and processing methods is different。A four growth year ofCodonopsis tangshen moisture content are：17.38%，10.57%，8.43%，6.80%。The content of total ash and acid-insoluble ash content are:5.07%，4.95%，4.77%，4.57%；0.91%，0.978%，1.193%，1.433%。Water extractand ethanol extract content are:46.12%，56%，65%，67.5%；60.75%，66.75%，69.25%，71.58%。Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide content are:16.19%，19.71%，37.16%，29.87%。The content of total flavonoids are:0.05%，0.10%，0.15%，0.17%。 Biennial Codonopsis modesta,Codonopsis pilosula and moisture content are as follows:11.77%；12.17%。the content of total ash and acid-insoluble ash content are:4.92%，4.86%；0.96%，1.07%。 Water extract and ethanol extract content are:58%，52.67%；66%，65.92%。 Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide content are: 24.07%；19.32%。The content of total flavonoids are:0.10%；0.11%。Highperformance liquid chromatographic method for the determination ofCodonopsis pilosula polysaccharide monosaccharide compositiondifference.Conclusion：Comparative studies of Chongqing Property of Codonopsistangshen in production in Shanxi and Gansu Codonopsis lanceolata andshow that: Chongqing Property of Codonopsis tangshen plantingCodonopsis comform to pharmacognostic quality requirements, three kindsof medicinal plant sources of Codonopsis although in some ingredientsvary, but as Codonopsis medicine use and there is no obvious difference.
