OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of autologous blood stem cell transplantation removal (AHSCT) in the treatment of lymphoma.METHODS: Retrospectively analyzed clinical data of44patientswith lymphoma who have received AHSCT in our hospital stem cell transplant center. The44cases which is diagnosed as lymphoma received autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in our hospital. This patients all achieved complete remission or partial remission after several courses of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. After that, they follow-up treatment in our hospital.RESULTS:In the44cases,which is be treated by AHSCT,1patient died of the concurrent fungal infections in the chemotherapy for mobilization, and the other43cases all have obtained hematopoietic reconstitution, the Median follow-up time is17(1~53) months. There are32patients of them survivaled (74%) and11cases died in the43cases whohave a successed AHSCT. There are9cases(24%) died in the period o f palliative care after recurrence、1patient died of Viral hepatitis B and1patient died of evans syndrome in the11cases who have died. Until the follow-up times over(2011-12-30), the overall survival (0S) and disease-freesurvival (DFS) all is72%. Means for Survival Time is3.7(±0.6)years、The3-year survival is68%and estimated5-year survival is51%.CONCLUSION:Autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantationis the important part of lymphoma treatment regimens for the technicalconditions are ripe, wide range of indications, significant treatment effectin the treatment of lymphoma.
