Objective: To explore the clinical effect of the improved anastomosisdevice hemorrhoid mucosa the ring resection (mPPH) in patients with severeprolapsed hemorrhoids.Methods: Collect256cases withⅢ~Ⅳhemorrhoids andcircumferential mixed hemorrhoids according to completely randomprinciple will be our hospital from anus bowel surgery from January2008toMarch2010in our hospital from anus bowel surgery, divided into modifiedPPH group (n=128) and MMH group (MMH, n=128), received modifiedProcedure for Prolapse and hemorrhoids, tradition Procedure for Prolapseand hemorrhoids, combined with follow-up and compare the two groups ofpatients in hospital operation time days peri-operative bleedingcomplications (the bleeding anal pain, etc) and postoperative recurrence rate.Results: mPPH group and MMH group in the operation time length ofhospital stay, and between the two groups peri-operative bleeding withoutobvious statistical significance (P>0.05), and mPPH group began bleedinganal ache bilges postoperative recurrence rates fell anus fewer higher thanMMH group (P<0.05), patients satisfaction have been significantly improved.Conclusions:The PPH hemorrhoid surgery is a new surgicalprocedure designed and the premise does not destroy the anal cushions,reduce postoperative complications and reduce postoperative recurrence rate,significantly enhance the curative effect, and increase patient satisfaction.
