| ã€Objective】 To make comparison between Q-value guidedpersonalized LASIK (Q-LASIK) and standardized LASIK (S-LASIK), andto evaluate the clinical effects with the method of retrospective comparisonand analysis.ã€Methods】20patients (40eyes) of3months post-operation ofQ-LASIK and S-LASIK, respectively, from May2011to February2012were selected. Uncorrected visual activity, best corrected visual activity, diopter, refractions, Q-value and subjective feeling were evaluated andanalyzed.ã€Results】The results after3months shows:(1)Safety: no eye inQ-LASIK group decline of the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), whileonly1eye in S-LASIK group decline about1line of the BCVA; safetyindices of Q-LASIK group was1.047while S-LASIK group was1.024;(2)Efficacy: All eyes of both group were above1.0, efficacy indices were0.99equally;(3)Stability: The SE has no obviously change in both group, and the comparison between two group had no statistical significance (P<0.05);(4)The corneal Q value after surgery of both group had increased.Compared the two group, the increase was significant lower in Q-LASIKgroup (P<0.05);(5)The response of vision quality that patients feelingshows the Q-LASIK group were litter better (P<0.05).ã€Conclusion】Through follow-up, the Q-LASIK and S-LASIKsurgeries both shows good results on safety, stability and efficacy.Q-LASIK surgery may maintain the corneal surface’s asphericity andimprove patients’ vision quality. |
