Objective To explore the risk factors of infection among the patients with lymphoma.Methos Retrospectively analysis of the clinical data from Jan2009to Dec2010about262newly diagnosed patients with lymphoma treated in our hospital. Results The incidence of infection is60.0%,the mortality related with infection is3.1%. The incidence of infection is related with pathological category, clinical stages, chemotherapy and neutrophils; Rituximab don’t increase the incidence of severe infection; the incidence of infection is undifferentiated in different group of age,,meanwhile mortality is notable different. Elderly patients, longer antibiotics treatment, large dose of glucocorticoid and longer agranulocytosis are the risk factors for the infectionConclusion□the incidence and mortality of infection in our center’s patients are close to that in patients with acute leukemia;the risk factors are instructive to the clinical care and prevention.
