| Objective:1.To explore the change of serum heparanase(HPA) and interle-ukin-2(IL-2) in different stage of patients with type2diabetic nephropathy.2.Toexplore the relationship between heparanase and interleukin-2.Methods:77research cases were included in research and randomly selectedfrom clinic. All cases was divided into4groups aceording to UAER. Normal controlgroup15cases(NC group),onset T2DM25cases(NA group),type2diabeticnephropathy with microalbuminuria22Cases(MA group),type2diabeticnephropathy with Massive proteinuria10cases(ODN group).All subjeets weredetected serum level of HPA,IL-2by means of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).HbA1c,C-P,TG, TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,Cr,BUN,UA and so were detected in4groups of people. Meanwhile,the dissertation assessed the various clinical indicatorsof each patient,body mass index(BMI),blood pressure,age,gender,diseaseduration.All date were statistically analyzed.Results:There were no significant differences between any two groups inage,gender,BMI and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)(P>0.05).The level ofFPG,HbA1C,TC,TG,LDL-C,SBP in T2DM groups increased gradually than NCgroup,but the level of HDL-C and C-P in T2DM groups(NA group,MA group,ODNgroup) than that in the NC group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05or P<0.01).There is no difference between any two T2DM groups with the level ofFPG,HbA1C,TC,TG,C-P and HDL-C(P>0.05), but the level of disease duration,SBPand LDL-C increased gradually with the development of disease in patients(P<0.05or P<0.01).The level of Cr in MA group is higher than NA group and NC group,thedifferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of BUN,Cr and UA inODN group higher than the other groups(P<0.01).The serum level of HPAã€IL-2increased gradually with the development of disease in patients with type2diabetesmellitus(T2DM) than in the NC group,the differences were statisticallysignificant(P<0.01).The serum level of HPAã€IL-2showed the same growth trend with the level of UAER in the T2DM groups。Pearson correlation analysis showedthat the level of HPA and IL-2have related with each other,and both with the diseaseduration,UAER,SBP and LDL-C showed a significant positive correlation.With thelevel of UAER as the dependent variable respectively, the level of HPA and IL-2asindependent variables in multiple linear stepwise regression analysis,the resultssuggest that:HPA and IL-2were two independent related factors influencingUAER,adjustment R~2values were0.836and0.868.Conclusions:1.As the development of type2diabetic nephropathy,HPA andIL-2level increasing more and more, suggest that both of them maybe participant inthe development of type2diabetic nephropathy,maybe are important predictor andindicator to judge the severity of type2diabetic nephropathy.2.In type2diabeticnephropathy patients,the expression of serum HPA and IL-2level have the sametrend of change, suggesting that there may be some interaction between these twocytokines, perhaps related to the inflammatory damage of the vascular endothelial. |
