ObjectiveTo explore risk factors and six meridians typing for DN in patients with type2diabetes mellitus.MethodsSelected235DM patients in group, collected the imformations and divided it into two group according to the diagnostic criteria of DN,98DN patients as case group (DN group) and137DM patients without DN as control group(NDN group). Figured out the six meridians’s type of the patients according to the different clinical presentations of six meridians classified by the "Typhoid Learning". Compared the difference in Sex, Age, BMI, DD, HbAlC, GLUK, GLU2, INSK, CK, CHOL, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, CR, UA, family history of diabetes, history of high blood pressure, fatty liver, peripheral vascular disease and the type of six meridians of the two group. Then using logistic regression analysis to explore the risk factors of DN.ResultsThe Sex, BMI, HbAlC, GLUJk, GLU2, CHOL, HDL-C, LDL-C, TG, INSK, family history of DM and fatty liver of the patients in the two group are not significant difference (P>0.05), while the Age, DD, CK, CR,UA, history of high blood pressure, peripheral vascular disease of the patients in DN group were significant higher than the patients in NDN group. The analysis about the type of six meridians showed that the DN group had significant higher distribution in shaoyin channel than the NDN group (P <0.05). The logistic regression analysis resulted that DD, CR and the history of high blood pressure were related with the occurrence of the DN(P<0.05). Conclusion DD, CR, the history of high blood pressure are risk factors for the DN, and the DN group is given priority to shaoyin channel in the six meridians’type. |
