| Objective:The aim of this study is to compare the clinical results obtained with the cutting seton and the loose seton in high anal fistula.Method:Choose to comply with the requirements of28cases of high anal fistula patients, Into two groups, Group and control group. Group with loose seton; Control group with cutting seton. Observation and comparison the total effect, pain, wound healing time,complication(SCAR deformity,leakage), recurrence on two groups after surgeryResults:There was no difference in the general curative effect and recurrence of anal fistula, But there is a significant difference in anal sphincter function.Concludes:loose seton by preserving external sphincter has the clear advantage of protecting the anus funtion. |
