Effects Of Qingfei Oral Liquid On Expression Of IL-6、TNF-α In Human Epithelial Cells Infected With RSV

Objective:Compared with Ribavirin containing serum,to study the effects of Qingfei oral liquid containing serum on expressions of Interleukin(IL)-6and Tumor Necrosis Factor(TNF)-α in Human epithelial cells (Hep)-2infected with Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV).In order to prove the the clinical effect of Qingfei oral liquid on RSV pneumonitis.Methods:Hep-2cells cultured were infected with RSV,and interved with serum containing Qingfei oral liquid, Ribavirin and blank serum in dissimilar time point. Expression levels of IL-6and TNF-α in Hep-2of every group were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)Results:Qingfei oral liquid containing serum on Hep-2cells maximum non-toxic concentration of20%. Expression levels of IL-6and TNF-α between virus control group and blank serum control group were no conspicuous difference after48and72hours of cultivation. The levels of virus control group overtoped Qingfei oral liquid groups (I, II, III) and Ribavirin group (II, III).Discrepancy between the Ribavirin groups (II, III) and the Qingfei oral liquid groups (I, II, III) was insignificant. Expressions of IL-6and TNF-a within the Qingfei oral liquid groups (I, II, III) or the Ribavirin groups (II, III) were no sightly different.Conclusion:1.Expression levels of IL-6and TNF-α rised after RSV infection.2.Qingfei oral liquid can decrease the over-expression of IL-6and TNF-a so as to retard inflammation. These foundings infer the antiviral mechanism of Qingfei oral liquid on RSV,and further signs the effect of Qingfei oral liquid in treating RSV pneumonitis.
