Clinical Curative Effect Observation On Vasomotor Rhinitis By Professor Gan Zu Wang Prescription Experience

Objective:Budesonide nasal spray, as a drug of first choice for patients of vasomotor rhinitis, was choosed as controls in order to observe the clinical curative effect of vasomotor rhinitis.My hope is the explore the therapeutic effect of vasomotor rhinitis with traditional Chinese medicine and the rich clinical treatment of vasomotor rhinitis and provide a new insight for the treatment of vasomotor rhinitis.Method:The most acctepted VMR diagnosis standard was applied in the experiment.60VMR patients who were up to the above standard were enrolled60patients were divided into the test group of30cases, the left paitents as the control group. The test group was.treated with Gan Zu Wang Prescription Experience twice a day after dinner whereas the control group with budesonide nasal spray. After28days of treatment, we collected the scores of symptoms of two groups, compared the difference between them and analyzed the distinction of the two improved symptoms.Results:Firstly, we analyzed the total scores of the two groups and the three indicative symptoms, respectively, and compared whether there was significant differences between them.we drew a conclusion:both of the two group can improve the VMR symptoms. Secondly, after the28day’s treatment, there were2markedly effective patients,23effective patients,4ineffective cases in the treatment group and the total effective ratio reaches83.3%.In the control group, there were also2maredly effective patients,24effective patients and4ineffective cases.the total effective ratio came to86.7%.The treatment of the two groups came to a higher ratio.thirdly, the total score in the post treatment was significantly lower than in the pre-treatment. rhinorrhea lastly, in the single symptoms, the medical efficacy in the treatment group was remarkly higherConclusion:Gan Zu Wang Prescription Experience can effectively cure vasomotor rhinitis, in accordance with the a drug of first choice for patients of vasomotor rhinitis, also shows a effective effect in the patients.
