Acne is dermatology common disease, it’s also a chronic inflammatory skin disease involving the sebaceous hair follicles, occur in the seborrhea site, can be expressed as acne, pimples, pustules, nodules, cysts and scar lesions. Involving more in15to30-year-old young men and women.ObjectiveObservation in Western medicine combines with the clinical efficacy of the treatment of acne.MethodA prospective treatment, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dermatology outpatient service collected and included in the standard case of a total of90cases were randomly divided into three groups, of which pure control group (minocycline group)30cases of pure Chinese medicine group(TCM Xiaocuo soup group)30cases,30cases in the western medicine group (minocycline+TCM Xiaocuo soup group). Treatment groups:the western medicine group method with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, treatment for4weeks. Pure western groups:minocycline capsules0.05g bid for oral and topical ointment, Duff text a week of continuous use for7days,4weeks of treatment.Group of pure traditional Chinese medicine:Chinese medicine Xiaocuo soups200ml,2times a day oral administration, and even served four weeks. After4weeks course of treatment, the ratio of efficient between the treatment group and control group I, control group II was73.3%,46.6%and43.3%, the efficient rate of the three groups had significant statistical difference(P<0.05).2. A month after the end of treatment, the treatment group and control group I, control group II’s the ratio of the number of relapse was28.6%,50.0%and66.7%, the recurrence rate of the three groups had no significant statistical difference.ConclusionThrough clinical observation of the subject, we know that the Integrative Medicine Clinical efficacy of acne treatment have no significant differences compare to the minocycline group in there Short-term effects (2weeks), but after the treatment, the total effective rate in treatment group is better than the control groups, and we can see that the recurrence rate of Treatment Group was significant lower than the control groups. |
