| Objective: This study was a randomized controlled trial to compare the differences between the Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle Chrono-acupoint acupuncture and routine acupuncture in the treatment of acute bell’s paralytic wind fever type, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy by observing the clinical efficacy indicators(facial injury score,House-Brackmann scale). Methods: the 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 36 cases in each group. The study was divided into three courses of 18 treatments.Every 7 days for a course of treatment, choose 6 days of treatment, treatment once a day.Treatment group: waiguan point, zulinqi point(the Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle Chrono-acupuncture),control group: waiguan point, zulinqi point(routine acupuncture),both groups were added with the same points.Facial injury score and H-B facial nerve function evaluation index classification standard for observation, respectively, before treatment and after the first(1,2,3)on two groups of patients for grading, classification and curative effect evaluation, with SPSS 26.0 statistical analysis, finally discusses the timing of the Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle Chrono-acupoint acupuncture of clinical effectiveness and superiority of bell’s palsy.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference in the general information(age, sex, and course of disease)between the two groups(P>0.05),suggesting comparability.2.Before treatment: there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(facial injury score,H-B scale)(P>0.05),suggesting comparability.3.After the first course of treatment(1)The two groups of patients(facial injury score,H-B scale)decreased compared with the treatment before, and there was a significant difference(P<0.01),suggesting that the two methods were significantly effective in the improvement of the degree of facial injury and the recovery of facial nerve function in the acute stage of bell’s paralytic wind-heat type.(2)There was no statistical difference between the two groups(facial injury score,H-B scale)(P>0.05),indicating that there was no difference in the improvement of facial injury degree and the recovery of facial nerve function between the treatment group and the control group.(3)In the treatment group: a recovery rate of 15.63%.Control group: a recovery rate of 9.09%.There was no statistically significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment group and the control group were effective in the treatment of acute bell’s paralytic wind-heat type, but there was no difference in the efficacy between the two groups.4.After the second course of treatment(1)There was a statistical difference(P<0.05)between the two groups(score of facial injury),indicating that the improvement of the degree of facial injury in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.(2)there was no statistical significance in the comparison between groups(H-B scale)(P>0.05),indicating that there was no difference in the recovery of facial nerve function between the two groups.(3)In the treatment group: a recovery rate of 68.75%.Control group: a recovery rate of 54.54%.There was no statistically significant difference in the efficacy of the two groups(P>0.05),that is,there was no difference in the efficacy of the treatment group and the control group on acute bell’s paralytic wind-heat type.5.After the third course of treatment(1)There was a statistical difference(P<0.01)in the comparison between groups(score of facial injury),indicating that the improvement of the degree of facial injury in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.(2)there was a statistical difference in the comparison between groups(H-B scale)(P<0.05),indicating that the recovery of facial nerve function of bell’s paralytic wind fever type was better than that of the control group.(3)In the treatment group: a recovery rate of 96.88%.Control group:a recovery rate of 84.84%.There was a statistical difference in the efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.The eight-method method of selecting points at selected time of the Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle Chrono-acupoint acupuncture have good efficacy in the treatment of BP in the acute stage.2.In the treatment of BP in the acute stage, the Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle Chrono-acupoint acupuncture is superior to the conventional acupuncture method in the improvement of the degree of facial injury and the recovery of facial nerve function(the improvement of the degree of facial injury has obvious advantages),which has a positive effect on the prognosis and recovery of the disease, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.3.In the treatment of acute BP with the Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle Chrono-acupoint acupuncture, there was a specific relationship between "wanguan point" and "acupoint opening hour",and The time of acupoint opening as the treatment time can improve the clinical efficacy. |
