The main body of this paper contents three parts following:1. The review of total synthesis by tricycliciminolactone template.amino acid is a vital species of compounds combining several kinds of natural products and drugs,plays an important part in organic synthesis chemistry.Lots of chemists dedicated to the synthetical method.Our group develop a new method starting from1R-(+)-camphor derivative model,by aldol reaction with aldehyde in high yield and stereoselective(>25:1).hydralyze the Chiral auxiliary base,then get the optical voidness acid.we synthesized various compounds including this three.2. The review of total synthesis of Chloramphenicol, hiamphenicol and Sphingasine.Pharmceutical molecule chloramphenicol,thiamphenicol and dihydrosphingosine are very important antibiotics,much effort of research was paid to them,we made a summarization of them.3. The synthesis of Chloramphenicol, Thiamphenicol, Sphingasine by Tricycliciminolactone template.Amino alcohol was widedly existent in medicines and natural products,chloramphenicol, Thiamphenicol and Sphingasine all contents this configuration.We synthesized this three pharceutical molecules through our tricycliciminolactone template.
