The Clinical Characteirstics Analysis Of Different Age Patients With Lung Cancer

Objective：To summarize the clinical characteristics of patientswith lung cancer through the analysis of the date of these patients．Methods：The clinical and pathological data of1500patients withprimary bronchogenic carcinoma in the China-Japan Unit Hospital fromJanuary2006to December2010were retrospectively analysis by theStatistical6.0and Excel2003．We depart them by age、gender、smokingstatus、living environment、histological type and the cancer clinical stage。Result：Of all1500patients with lung cancer，the male is more thanthe female， the proportion of the male patients increases with the age。The proportion of overall smokers is more than non-smokers，theproportion of the smokers increases with the age。the50-60year-oldgroup is with the highest distribution。The proportion of urban patients ismore than proportion of rural patients。The proportion of patients withsquamous cell carcinoma increases with age, and the proportion ofpatients with adenocarcinoma decreases with age. The clinical stage Ⅲproportion decreases with the age in younger than40year-old groups，and increases with the age in elder than40year-old groups。The clinicalstage Ⅳ proportion increases with the age in all groups。In all age groups,the proportion of central lung cancer increases with the age，and the proportion of peripheral lung cancer decreases with the age。Theproportion of surgery increases with the age in younger than70year-oldgroups，and decreases with the age in elder than70year-old groups。Conclusions：The different age patients shows the new clinicalcharacteristics gender、smoking status、living environment、histologicaltype and the cancer clinical stage。...
