Objective:To investigate transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) andconnective tissue growth factor (CTGF) level and clinical significance of type2diabetic nephropathy patients in different stages. Methods: To divide96type2diabetes patients (DM group) into threesubgroups according to ratio of urinary albumin/creatinine (ACR): normalACR (<30mg/gã€A group), microalbunminuria group (30-300mg/gã€Bgroup), macroalbunminuria group (>300mg/gã€C group). To test the level ofserum TGF-β1ã€CTGF of30normal persons(D group)and98type2diabetespatients.Results:①the TGF-β1ã€CTGF level of Aã€Bã€C group were significanthigher than D group(P <0.001); The factors level between B and C group hasno statistically significant difference (P>0.05);The factors level of C groupwas higher than that of A and B group(P <0.05).â‘¡the relationship betweenTGF-β1ã€CTGF and ACR was positive in DM group(r=0.5338ã€0.49451, P<0.001).Conclusion:TGF-β1ã€CTGF may anticipate the onset and developmentof DN,and may be a protective factor of DN. Testing and early specificblocking may offer an new direction for the diagnosis and treatment of DN. |
