| Objective: According to the local infectious diseases hospital high grade ward and commonward of work pressure source from nurses were compared, and objectively evaluated the qualityof unit of work pressure source of nurses, combined with high-quality ward nurses coping style,mental health status of nurses to the quality unit to conduct a comprehensive analysis, thusproposed to alleviate local infectious disease hospital nurse work stress, coping with scientificselection the reasonable suggestions, so as to improve the mental health effect.Methods:(1) Study subjects: Survey to select280nurses from high-quality unit and generalward of the two local infectious disease hospital in Shanxi Province,(Infectious Disease Hospitalin Taiyuan and Taiyuan Tuberculosis Hospital).(2) Expert consultation, questionnaire survey andcluster sampling method.(3) Research tools: Nurses Stressor Scale, Ways of CopingQuestionnaire and symptoms of self-rating scale (SCL-90).Results:(1) Local infectious disease hospital quality ward and common ward nurses workpressure were compared, in the nursing profession and work, allocation of time and workload,work environment and equipment, patient care, management and interpersonal relationships,high quality nursing service and working pressure of sharing, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05).(2) Coping styles of the local infectious disease hospital quality wardnurses and ward nurses were compared, self-blame and avoidance factor difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.001).(3) Quality local infectious disease hospital ward nursesSCL-90of each factor and total scores compared with the general ward nurses, somatization,obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety and total score difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), score higher than the general ward nurses; Quality ward nurses SCL-90factor and totalscores with the Chinese norm compared to healthy adults, in addition to interpersonal sensitivityand psychotic, and other factors and score differences were statistically significant (P <0.05), andwere higher than Chinese normal norm.(4) Local infectious disease hospital quality ward nursesworking pressure, SCL-90score high; Solve problems and help deal with a negative correlationwith each factor and total scores of SCL-90, the use of other coping style was positivelycorrelated with each factor and total scores of SCL-90.Conclusions:(1) Local infectious disease hospital quality ward nurses working pressure wassignificantly higher than general ward nurses.(2)Local infectious disease hospital quality wardnurses’ mental health is lower than general ward nurses, lower than the Chinese norm.(3) Qualitylocal infectious disease hospital ward nurses, work pressure, mental health；Mature coping style,high-quality ward nurses, mental health in good condition. |
