Objectives:Explore the trophic modes that can effectively protect the gastrointestinal mucosa and reduce gastrointestinal complications of patients with severe craniocerebral injury。Methods:60patients with severe craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group adopted early enteral nutrition support, the control group using parenteral and enteral nutrition support sequential method. Respectively on1、14after admission21d measuring weight (BW)、 plasma albumin (ALB)、 hemoglobin (Hb) and glucose (Glu) four indexes in intake same heat equivalent and nitrogen conditions. Assess the function of gastrointestinal. Results:Two groups of patients are slightly dropped BW differences were not significant, the ALB、 Hb、 Glu in observation group markedly higher than those in control group at7、14d; two groups of each index at1、21d have no obvious difference. The various complications of observation group occurred obviously lower than the control group during nutritional support.(P<0.05)Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition support in a manner that effectively could protect patients’gastrointestinal mucosa who with severe craniocerebral injury, can reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal complications, and has important clinical value for the prognosis of patients.
