| objectives:In order to explore the relation between embryos of aneuploidoccurrence and their parents ,this paper investigated the variations of centromeric dots (Cd)and CENPs of them . Methods: there are two groups,the test group are chromosome ofabortioning embryos which were been diagnosed had stopped growth and the chromosomeof their parents, the compare group are the embryos which are chromosome of normal and thechromosome of their parents, The peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome specimens weremade with the routine chromosomal technique ,G- band were developed. A newly - modifiedsynchronous ,Ag - staining technique ,was used to get both Cd. And to use the technique ofImmunhitehmisty to get the CENPs .all the cases have whole data of G-bandtechnique.Results :â‘ The variations of centromeric dots (Cd) of the test group and the comparegroup were different,the test group was higher than the compare group.(tï¼14.785,p﹤0.05).â‘¡The aneuploid embryos group of testing was higher than the their maternal group andtheir paternal group(tï¼â‘¡14.965,p②﹤0.05;tï¼â‘¢15.371,p③﹤0.05 ).â‘¢The variations ofcentromeric dots (Cd) in the compare group were no significant different(tâ‘£ï¼2.463 p④﹥0.05,tï¼â‘¤2.156 p⑤﹥0.05).â‘£The test group(165.53±4.81)and the comparegroup(160.87±4.62)’s chromosome both have CENPS. And the CENPS of the aneuploidembryos group was much lower than the normal embryos group(tï¼3.012,pï¼ï¹¤0.05).⑤TheCENPS of the aneuploid embryos group was much lower then their paternal group(tâ‘ ï¼-4.279,p①﹤0.05),No significant difference between the aneuploid embryos group and theirmaternal group(tâ‘¡ï¼-1.927,pâ‘¡ï¹¥0.05).â‘¥The CENPS of the normal embryos group was muchlower then their paternal group(tâ‘¢ï¼-3.008,p③﹤0.05), No significant difference between thenormal embryos group and their maternal group(tâ‘£ï¼-1.234 p④﹥0.05).⑦The test groupcontent of CENP are related to the Cd variations closely,more Cd variations to less CENPS.Conclusions: High Cd variations and less CENPS are closely related to aneuploidoccurrence, and contents of CENPS may come from the maternal groups ,in order to offerevidences of the genetics between descendants and their mothers. Meanwhile, the discuss pointout that the more variations of Cd ,the less content of the CENPS. |
