Objective:The research explore that treated the disease by powder of lonicera and forsythia which based on the theory of warm disease in order to observe the curative effect and provide the pratical basis.2. Methods:41patients who conform to the criteria were collected. We use the formual from "The Debating of Epidemic Febrile Disease". It is often used in wind-heat symdrome.3. Results:1)There were19male and22female. The ages were between14to62years old.41patients were in the moderate pruritus, the average scoring is2.25±0.61. it is affect the patients’ lives.2)We found that insect bites, high protein diet have the high risk about39% and34.1%to induce urticaria.3)The accompanied symptoms and signs of urticaria were in the base of wind-heat affecting lung. There were21patients in pure wind-heat affecting lung symdrome and there were22%and12.2%of patients accompanied center burner damp-heat or incoordination between the spleen and the stomach. But deficiency of blood and qi-blood deficiency contain less than those.4) The analysis of symptoms of TCM, throat discomfort appeared frequently. Vexation appeared also. Stool irregularities and wan new chest tightness occupied below34.1%.5) The observation of tongue picture, red or crimson tougue dominating contain. Not greasy coating occupied61%and the rest were the opposite.6)The total effective rate was90.2%by using Yinqiao Powder get rid of dou chi and add dan pi, da qing ye, doubled xuan shen.4. Conclusion:Although the complexity of epidemic factors, we found the primary factors were insect bites and high protein diet. The main pathogenesis is wind-heat, dampness encumbering the body and spleen and stomach disorder. The doctrine of insidious pathogen can explain the the pathogenesis of urticaria. We sure that clearing lung and cooling ying blood could have a positive curative effect.
