| ã€Objective】: This study aimed to observe and evaluate the effects of posteriorincision with dentate line retention in treating chronic anal fissure.ã€Methods】: Eighty cases of chronic anal fissure patients were randomly dividedinto study group and control group (each forty case). The study group adopts posteriorincision with dentate line retention. The control group adopted sphincterotomy.Comparison of two groups with cure rate, wound healing time, postoperativecomplications and sequelae.ã€Results】: The results of study group are better than control group at wound healingtime, anal pain, bleeding, keyhole deformity, incontinence and with statistical difference (P<0.05). There are no significant difference between two groups at cure rate, postoperativeurinary retention, perianal edema, infection, recurrence and anal stenosis (P>0.05).ã€Conclusion】: Compare to sphincterotomy, posterior incision with dentate lineretention technique has small wound, shorter healing time, less anal pain and bleeding. Itcan preserve anal function without postoperative keyhole deformity or incontinence. |
