Research purpose:The paper surveys the physique and the physical exercises of the middle-aged and the elderly’s patients with type II diabetes mellitus. It aims to know the physical exercises of the patients and discuss the quantified exencise prescriptions influences balance ability by the quantified exencise prescriptions on the patients with the Type Ⅱ diabetes. The paper would direct the patients with Type Ⅱ diabetes to pay attention to keep balance ability and improve the life quality of the patients.Research methods:90senior patients with the middle-aged and the elderly’s patients with type Ⅱdiabetes mellitus. Divided into exercise group and not often exercise group, Exercise group, female26, male26, not often exercise group, female22, male26. test of balance, Includes three aspects:eye-closed and single-legged standing, strengthening Romberge syndrome and stand up and walk test. At last the statistical analysis would be carried out on the balance ability’data and the differences of the various body mass would be found out.Research results:(1) the doing-exercises group is much better than non-exercises group on the data of Balance ability.(2)Middle age group of male and female afte intervention with older groups compared each index, the doing-exercises group is better than the non-exercises group with the significant difference (P<0.05).(3) In middle-aged and elderly patients in male, female in each index contrast found, Enhancement of Romberge syndrome and eye-closed and single-legged standing without significant differenceBut when-walking test in women than in men, for a long time and had significant difference (P<0.05), Female action quickly, reaction ability than males decreased significantly.Research conclusions:Long-term adherence to the quantified exencise prescriptions in the middle-aged and the elderly’s patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus can balance ability were decrease.Patients with type Ⅱ diabetes exercise relatively low participation. |
