In recent years, the rate of early spontaneous abortion shows ascendant trend in do-mestic and foreign,Therefore, in clinical of early spontaneous abortion were examined todetermine factors, the cause of miscarriage, and to prevent miscarriage and to direct the eu-genic purposes. The embryo stops developing is the result of the direct causes of early spon-taneous abortion. Its pathogenesis is not very clear, the pathogenesis of complex factors, theetiology and mechanism of further research and discussion is very necessary, can be obtainedthrough interference with the pathogenetic factors of effect on the reduction of embryonicdevelopment arrest occurred, early embryonic development of clinical monitoring andtreatment of embryo developmental arrest has important significance.Purpose: This article through to the selected maternal venous blood for blood TSH,T3, T4, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), progesterone and other indexesdetection, discuss them with the embryo stops developing relations may exist between ma-ternal thyroid function, and study, blood glucose levels, the level of progesterone to affectearly embryonic development, play prevention of the embryo stops developing objective. Methods: Selected Jilin University China Japan Union Hospital from January toDecember in2011in outpatients and inpatients with regular menses, amenorrhea8-12weeksstop-child education patients30cases as the observation group (which in early pregnancy at8-10weeks in15cases,10-12weeks in15cases),30cases of normal early pregnant womenduring the same period as the control group (8-10weeks in early15example,10-12weeks in15cases). The two week of pregnancy, age, height, weight, blood pressure, no differences inthe case (P>0.05). Gestational age at last menstrual calculation. Select the maternal venousblood for detection of TSH, T3, T4, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c),progesterone and other indicators, discuss them with the embryo stops developing relationsmay exist between maternal thyroid function, and then understand, blood glucose levels, progesterone levels on early embryo development in vitro. Maternal TSH, T3, T4detection,fasting from elbow vein blood4ml, a disposable blood sampling, send to my courtyard de-partment of nuclear medicine, using a chemiluminescence method for determination of(CIA); maternal blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) detection, fasting fromelbow vein blood4ml, the disposable blood sampling, send to our hospital clinical laboratory, using glucose oxidase method in detecting glucose contents; immuno fluorescence methodfor the determination of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c); progesterone index by mycourtyard department of nuclear medicine, using a chemiluminescence method for determi-nation of (CIA); a retrospective analysis method to the selected case comparative analysis.Statistical methods using SPSS17statistical software for data analysis, measurement data (±s), measurement data using t test, there were significant differences in P<0.05.The results:Through maternal venous blood TSH, T3, T4, blood glucose, glycosy-lated hemoglobin (HbA1c), progesterone and other indexes detection. Discussion of ma-ternal thyroid function, blood glucose levels, progesterone levels and the indexes of theembryo stops developing relations may exist between. The experimental results show thatembryonic development arrest in3cases of TSH higher than that of normal, while the figureshows that the embryo stops developing group average TSH levels below the normal preg-nancy group, no significant difference. T3T4data between the two groups were in the nor-mal range, with no significant differences. Embryo stop developing group2patients bloodglucose levels higher than normal, were6.2mmol/L,6.12mmol/L, in the same time corres-ponding to28.55%for HbA1c,5.52%. Two groups of pregnant women with glucose andHbA1c index the difference is not significant. The embryo stops developing group of only2cases of progesterone is lower than normal, but the embryo stops developing group mean islocated on the lower limit of the normal range, but was significantly lower than that in nor-mal pregnancy group, and two of them have obvious differences.Conclusion:1, the pregnant women with abnormal thyroid function may lead to the embryo stops de-vel-oping, the index TSH is the most sensitive.2, Pregnant women, blood sugar levels may be one of the reasons that lead to the embryo stops growing, with an HbA1c of less confounding factors.3, maternal progesterone levels and embryo development is closely related to its value, toreduce the influence of embryonic development, even lead to abortion, determination ofprogesterone index to intrauterine embryonic development status was assessed duringpreg-nancy.
