Objective To evaluate the effects of hemiarthroplasty and internal fixation for treatment of femoral neck fracture in Chinese elderly persons.Methods We searched and internalized for all randomized controlled trials and clinical trials of hemiarthroplasty and internal fixation for femoral neck fractures in the Chinese elderly by electronically searching CNKI, Chinese Science Citation Database, Chaoxing electronical Library, Wanfang Technology, Weipu journal, MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, pubmed.Published or unpublished materials and conference papers in both Chinese and English were manually searched and references of the correlated articles were read by ourselves.The quality of the trials were assessed and extracted by two independent evaluators, and the meta-analyses were conducted by the SDATA11.0software.Results The meta-analysis shows:the blood loss, operation time, hospital stay, was significantly greater than the internal fixation group. Postoperative ambulation time of femoral head replacement, complications of femoral head replacement was significantly shorter than the internal fixation group. the good rate has no significant statistical difference.Conclusions For the people who suffer the femoral neck fracture, femoral head replacement can significantly reduce the probability of postoperative complications and renovated. Femoral head replacement compared with internal fixation, excellent rate of one and two years has no significant difference. Compared with internal fixation, femoral head replacement requirements the patients with longer duration of hospitalization, but it also can reduce the bed stay time. |
