A Study Of Inlfuence Of Group Intervention Program On Quality Of Life Of Stroke Patients In Community

Objectives:This study aims to research on the group intervention program for strokepatients in community，evaluate the feasibility through a comparison of theassessment and contrast on the quality of life before and after the intervention，intend to generalize the group intervention and improve the life quality ofstroke patients in community and offer references for community care．Methods:In this study，two of the health stations in Chang Chun were selected asintervention group and control group respectively．50stroke patients incommunity were selected in the study，the intervwntion group47，the controlgroup43，according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria．Two groupsof patients were treated with conventional therapy，the patients who were incontrol group were given health lectures，patients in intervention group weregiven the group intervention．Stroke-specific quality of life(SS-QOL)was used tomeasure the quality of life before the intervention and3months after theintervention．Data were analyzed by SPSS13.0software．Results:(1) In this study，24stroke patients were in intervention group，26strokepatients were in control group．Before the intervention，general information oftwo groups of stroke patients had no statistical significance(P＞0.05)．(2) Before the intervention， the total score of quality of life werecompared with no significant difference between two groups of strokepatients(P＞0.05)；after intervention，the difference between the interventiongroup and the control group on the total score of quality of life was statistically significant(P＜0.05)．Before and after the intervention，the intervention groupand the control group had great significance(P＜0.05) on the total score ofquality of life．(3) Before the intervention，each latitude score of quality of life werecompared with no significant difference between two groups of strokepatients(P＞0.05)；compared with each latitude score of patient’s quality of lifeafter the intervention，there is a significant difference between the interventiongroup and the control group on family roles， emotional， personality，personality，social roles(P＜0.05)．(4) Compared with each latitude score of patient’s quality of life beforeand after the intervention，there is a significant difference on energy，familyroles，mobility，mood，personality，self-care ability，social roles，upperextremity function，work or labor(P＜0.05)；before and after the intervention，the control group had no significance on each latitude score of quality of life(P＞0.05)．Conclusions:(1) The quality of life of community stroke patients can not be optimistic，we should promote physical and psychological recovery of stroke patientsthrough a variety of ways and improve their quality of life．(2) Group intervention program can improve the quality of life of strokepatients in community．(3) Group intervention program have a positive impact on stroke patientsof each latitude score．...
