GIST (Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors) is a disease with immunohistochemistry progress gradually realized that GIST is still in the early21st century is considered rare tumors in the gastrointestinal tract, that the incidence of GIST in the epidemiological studies of the primary tumorrate of less than1%NCI epidemiological characteristics of primary tumors of the gastrointestinal tract and the final results of death:sarcoma mortality of only2.2%of stomach rumors,13.9%tumors of the small intestine knot0.1%of rectal malignancies, on the whole does not exceed2%of the tumors of the gastrointestinal tract. However, GIST, with its high recurrence, high transfer characteristics is still the big point in the tumors of the gastrointestinal tract. Patients with GIST Molecular Pathology, Diagnostic classification of early targeted therapy for GIST patients, surgical intervention, and prognosis from the impact. Select the specific sensitivity of the molecular pathology diagnostic factor has great significance for the pathological diagnosis. ER81gene ETV1(ETS translocation and can be the variant gene) is one of the ETS transcription factor family, involved in cell growth and differentiation, wound healing, embryos and organs occur. It has been reported that transcription factor essential kit gene mutation in ICC cells. In this study, through the expression of ER81in the detection of GIST tissue protein, explore the ER81occurred in GIST role in the development of GIST Pathological diagnosis and classification of new ideas. Objective:To investigate GIST tissue ER81protein expression and clinicopathologic factors of relevance. According to ER81in GIST tissue expression of CD117, ki-67and clinicopathological factors of relationship to discover the contact of the, and to explore its significance in the pathological diagnosis of GIST.Method:Collected80cases in2006.9-2010.9, First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery GIST surgical treatment of postoperative Specimens were no oral or injectable drugsthe chemotherapy, the underwent surgical treatment were confirmed by pathology of GIST. Detected by immunohistochemistry17cases of normal gastric mucosa and underlying tissues,80cases of GIST tissue expression of ER81’s, and use the statistical methods for data analysis of ER81expression and clinicopathological factors (gender, age) NIH risk of CD117, ki-67. the NIH risk classification according to2008modified NIH risk assessment.Results:1ER81normal gastric tissue, expression rate of GIST were11.7%and75%, a statistically significant difference, and the expression, ER81, regardless of sex (P>0.05), regardless of age (P>0.05), but, NIH risk classification (P<0.05).2Spearman rank correlation analysis, ER81positive expression and ki-67positive expression correlation coefficient rs=0.677, ER81expression with ki-67expression was positively correlated.3ER81expression of CD117expression in populations, patients with GIST no significant difference (P<0.05), and, expression, ki-67expression of NIH risk of each installment was no significant difference (P<0.05)Conclusion:ER81in GIST tissues of high expression, low expression or no expression in normal tissues, ER81expression level and the occurrence, GIST and NIH risk;, ER81expression levels of CD117, ki-67expression. ER81is expected to become, new indicator, molecular pathological diagnosis of GIST.
