Objective:The purpose of this study is to evaluation and comparison the lipid levels and cIMT changes of simvastatin, atorvastatin and rosuvastatin in patients after coronary artery interventional treatment.Methods:121patients after percutaneous coronary intervention were randomly divided into three groups, on the basis of standard treatment respectively takeing simvastatin40mg, atorvastatin20mg and Rosuvastatin lOmg everyday. All patients in the preoperative and postoperative six months must accept the examination of blood routine, liver and renal function, blood lipids, myocardial enzyme and B ultrasound of neck vessels, also record the occurrence of adverse events. Then we make a statistical analysis of the data. Results:Simvastatin can effectively increased HDL-C and apoA-1levels, reduce TCã€LDL-Cã€apoB and the ratio of apoB/apoA-1. Atorvastatin can obvious increased HDL-C and apoA-1levels, reduce TCã€LDL-Clevels, apoB/apoA-1ratio has been reduced, but the difference did not reach statistical standards. Rosuvastatin can effectively lower TC and LDL-C, elevated HDL-C levels, can reduce the ratio of apoB/apoA-1, although had no significant effect on ApoB and apoA-1. The cIMT of all three groups patients have been improved after6month treatment. All drugs are safe and effective. Conclusions:The patents after percutaneous coronary intervention can safely and effectively regulate blood lipid levels, Improve the cIMT, reduce cardiovascular events and improve quality of life by taking statins. |
