There is a number of unstructured knowledge and range of concept in TraditionalChinese Medicine (TCM), the relation of various symptoms, prescriptions,prescription and disease type is daedal. Therefore, use of theoretical methods ofsystems science to establish a quantitative evaluation of system and the system levelmodel of TCM. It helps to found that Chinese medicine diagnostic knowledge andguide clinical. It will be played an invaluable role to modernization of ChinesemedicineThis paper first analyzes the need for TCM syndromes standardized research andSummarizes the research content of standardization syndrome. We collected a largenumber of documents and access to clinical records, under the premise of fullyinvestigates its precise meaning and use of habits to interpretation and norms theSyndrome term.Followed by the use of modern information technology, combined with thebackground of the principle of TCM diagnosis, through construction thethree-dimensional knowledge model between syndrome and syndrome elements tostorage and retrieval the traditional Chinese medicine knowledge. For the kidneydisease as an example, given the construction steps and analysis methods of theknowledge model. Proof of the knowledge model is useful for analyzing thesyndromes features and the dialectical law of the Chinese medicine diagnosticknowledge.Finally, on the basis of the theory of formal concept analysis (FCA), a newmethod based on hierarchical optimization formal context for generating attributehierarchical diagram was proposed in this paper. Based on the hierarchicaloptimization formal context to build the attribute hierarchical graph is representationconcise, and no cross connection, category meaning clear, help to mining knowledgesystem. Optimize the formal context of the kidney, building an attribute hierarchicalgraph. Mine the diagnosis knowledge in TCM and combing literature research shows the availability and effectiveness of the proposed method.
