Swine fever, highly pathogenic avian influenza disease are the majorepidemics of serious harm to China ’s breeding industry, and they are our focus onprevention and control of animal diseases, and they are as the compulsoryimmunization of major animal diseases asked by the Ministry of Agriculture. Atpresent, there is no effective treatment for that type of animal diseases, vaccination isthe main prevention and control means. Immune protection after vaccination is notable to achieve100%, the vaccine effect by a number of factors, such as vaccinequality, vaccine storage and transport conditions, immunization program, inoculation, vaccination of individual differences and so on. Therefore, the immune effect ofmonitoring in a timely manner, to assess their immune protective effect is of majoranimal diseases of mandatory immunization. For a better understanding of the2011-2012Henan Province, swine fever, highlypathogenic avian influenza protective effect of compulsory vaccination and tendervaccine the clinical effect, a province-wide to carry out the compulsory vaccination ofswine fever, highly pathogenic avian influenza in Henan Province, the research in thesubject are as following1. Questionnaire survey and field investigation method of combining the HenanProvince,18provincial cities,63counties (cities, districts),728farms (households)to carry out the epidemiological investigation of the effects of classical swine fevervaccine, fill out the " pig plague vaccine clinical application of epidemiologicalquestionnaire, and random sampling of serum samples for antibody detection. Farmswere collected (account) number of131samples of2773were, the scale field of59 serum samples of2596were, backyard farmers,72serum samples of177. Separatethe serum samples collected using the blocking ELISA test detected antibody levels.Vaccine clinical effect of different manufacturers, different feeding pattern of farms, different feeding stages of swine swine fever vaccine antibody pass rate for thestatistical analysis of the difference. The results showed that: the five bidding vaccine manufacturers in the productionof classical swine fever vaccine effect difference is significant, where A, B, Cmanufacturers (antibody-qualified rate were78.16%,76.55%,75.38%) vaccinationis obviously better than the D and E manufacturers (antibodies pass rate of70%,respectively,69.07%); the province sows, piglets and fattening pigs antibodies passrate of83.81%,68.79%,75.93%, showed that sows immune antibody levels higherthan that of piglets and fattening pigs the difference was significant (P <0.01); scalefield antibodies pass rate of76.23%(1979/2596), backyard farmers, antibodies passrate of54.24%(96/177), the average antibody pass rate of65.24%.In short, in Henan Province, the scale of classical swine fever antibody pass rate tomeet the state standards, but the province’s overall immune qualified rate is not high, coupled with the strain variation and other factors, prevention and control of classicalswine fever in the form is not optimistic.2. Questionnaire survey and field investigation method of combining the HenanProvince,18provincial cities,104counties (cities, districts),1132farms (households)to carry out the highly pathogenic avian influenza vaccines using the effect ofepidemiological investigations fill out the " avian flu vaccine clinical application ofepidemiological questionnaire and random sampling of chickens, ducks, geese andother poultry serum antibody detection. Farms were collected (account) number of588samples of8549were, in which avian field24,702serum samples, the goods onbehalf of the poultry farms of203serum samples of6039were361, backyard farmers,1808serum samples.Collection of serum samples, serum was separated, using the hemagglutinationtest and hemagglutination inhibition test for detection of antibody titers. Vaccineclinical effect of different manufacturers, different types of flocks, and statisticalanalysis of different poultry of highly pathogenic avian influenza vaccine antibodiespass rate differences. The results showed that: vaccine quality is generally better in the six vaccinemanufacturers in the tender, the average pass rates in more than90%of manufacturers B vaccine antibody pass rate is96.34%, but different manufacturers after vaccinationantibody levels in different, B, C, D, manufacturers vaccine antibody titers are moreconcentrated in between8log2-10log2, E, the F-factory antibody titer is relativelylow, mostly concentrated in the6log2-8log2.Statistics of different poultry species immune effect, chicken, duck, gooseantibodies qualified rate of93.23%,90.32%,86.48%, the chicken antibody levelsthan waterfowl, differences significant with (P <0.01); statistics of different categoriespoultry group of immune effects. avian antibodies passing rate of98.15%(689/702);goods on behalf of poultry antibody pass rate of94.2%(5689/6039); lowerbackyard households antibodies pass rate of86.51%(1528/1808); three significantdifferences (P <0.01).The clinical effect of the highly pathogenic avian influenza vaccines indicate thatthe flocks of Henan Province as a whole antibody immune pass rates in more than85%, a higher level of antibody protection, the implementation of immunizationpolicy forced by the state in Henan Province is good is operated well.
