In this paper, the decaying woods caused by Inonotus obliquus and Laricifomes officinalis was sampled in the county Tahe and Huzhong Nature Reserve in the Greater Khingan Mountains area, after the separation, purification and identification and confrontation culture, we could preliminary reveal the fungal communities of rotten wood caused by these two medicinal fungi, and then we also conduct the confrontation culture between Inonotus obliquus and the main fungi isolated which Initially reflected the relationships of Inonotus obliquus with other fungi, the major results as follows:1、There were altogether28genera (species) separated from the decaying woods caused by the Inonotus obliquus,9genera (species) more than the healthy woods. There were9common genera (species) between the decaying and healthy woods, the special genera (species) for healthy woods was10,19genera (species) specially for decaying ones, this shows that Inonotus obliquus has the important influences on the composition of the fungi communities. In the Tree bark of the decaying woods there were17genera (species) at most. Furthermore, we haven’t separated any Inonotus obliquus isolates from the different positions in the healthy woods. The opposite was that we could separated the Inonotus obliquus isolates from all the positions in the decaying woods.2、Through the research on the confrontation culture between Inonotus obliquus isolates and other fungal species, the results shows that Gliocladium,Cladosporium and Eurotium had inhibition effect to the mycelia growth of Inonotus obliquus, we could order the three fungal genera by relative inhibitory effect from notable to not: Eurotium>Cladosporium>Gliocladium. The Verticillium and Mortierella all could promote the mycelia growth of Inonotus obliquus, the Mortierella has the most notable effect.3、After the separation and purification, there are10genera (species) identified from the decaying woods caused by Laricifomes officinalis sampled from the Huzhong Nature Reserve, in addition to3species unindentified, which all were the Mitosis fungi, without Ascomycetes and Basidiomycetes. In the tree bark, in the zone decayed mildly and seriously, there were few species separated. However, Trichoderma can be found anywhere, so it was considered as the Widely distributed species and dominant species. In the woods zone decayed seriously, the Penicillium was frequently found. The number of species separated from the decaying woods caused by Laricifomes officinalis was less than the healthy Larix gmelinii. Especially the Chaetomium was not found in any positions of Larix gmelinii, this shows that Larix gmelinii decaying was not suitable for the growth of Chaetomium. 4、There was one isolates belonging to Sibirina separated from the healthy Larix gmelinii sampled in the Greater Khingan Mountains area. After the morphological identification, the new found species was considered as one new species and named Sibirina xinganensis LiuX.F.&WangT.L. nov.sp.. And then we conducted the morphological description of the fungal species with biological control value.
