With the high-speed development of the social economy, people’s living standards rising, avariety of chronic diseases are spreading, diabetes and its complications is particularly prominent. Alarge number of studies have shown that blood glucose monitoring is closely related to the patient’shealth, the prevention of diabetes is inseparable with exercise and diet. Although the blood glucosemeter has been widely used, it’s an effective tool for the diabetic to control the disease bythemselves, for diabetic and high-risk groups, exercise self-monitoring and blood glucoseself-monitoring are equally important. Blood glucose self-monitoring and regular exercise play adecisive role for the prevention and treatment of diabetes and reduction of complications. Therefore,this article designed a portable wireless blood glucose meter step-by-step instrument. It has wirelesstransmission function, and blood glucose and excise monitoring can become an organic whole. Notonly users can achieve long-term monitoring and tracking of blood glucose concentration, but canformulate “exercise prescription” for high-risk groups or diabetes by analyzing the relationshipbetween the blood glucose and the amount of exercise. Thereby, delaying and reducing theincidence of diabetes and its complications has important social significance and market value.It uses acceleration sensor to get gait signal, through the SPI serial interface to transfer data tothe master chip to be processed. Based on the principle of gait recognition, chain code form theimage processing and pattern recognition technology is applied to the identification and calculationof the gait signal, improved freeman chain code algorithm is designed, and compared with thetraditional integral step algorithm, the algorithm of this system has been verified the effectivenessand accuracy.Using biological electrochemical principle, designed the weak signal acquisition, filtering,amplification, temperature compensation and related peripheral circuits of blood sugar. In theory,the blood glucose concentration and oxidation current linear correlation, but when under theinfluence of temperature, humidity and other environmental factors will change. By the data of themeasured blood glucose concentration and oxidation current, respectively using the linear, quadraticand cubic polynomials to fit the relationship between them, the results showed that quadratic polynomials is used to calculate the blood sugar levels closer to the real value with the smallestdeviation.Based on wireless communication technology, designed the data communications module,achieved the data transmission between the glucose step count instrument and smart phone, thisfacilitates the long-term storage of data. It laid the foundation in studying the relationship betweenblood glucose levels and the amount of exercise, establishing diabetic mathematical model of therelationship between the amount of exercise and blood sugar levels, tracking patients’ blood sugarcondition and making out “exercise prescription”.
