Dye-sensitized solar cell (DSC) is a new type of solar battery, which overcome the pollution,high cost, complex preparation processing of traditional silicon-based solar cell.Flexible DSC isafter the research of the DSC based on flexible conductive substrate instead of ITO glass. Thetraditional ITO DSC exists some problems, such as high weight, fragile, hard transportation,shape single. The flexible DSC has solved those.But the traditional flexible DSC based on ITOor FTO/PEN or PET, for the ITO, In is rare element and toxic, and ITO is attached to theflexible substrate in the form of particles, so after many times bending, the ITO particles are easypeeling. So, it is important to developing a new, flexible solar cell.The purpose of this article is using carbon nanotube transparent conductive films (CNTTCFs)to prepare flexible DSC. Through the optimization of different natural dyes, synthetic dyes,the preparation methods of TiO2films, processing temperature of working electrode and counterelectrode, choosing the best scheme for the preparation of flexible DSC based on CNT TCFs andTi. The transmission of light and conductivity of CNT TCFs are important factors affecting onflexible DSC.In this paper, we used the CNT TCFs with the light transmittance of59%、62%、69%、65%and44%,especially,correspongding resistance for380/□、522/□、1138/□、612/□and77/□prepare flexible DSC,we got the Jscfor0.83mA/cm~2, Vocfor0.22V.Thetransmission,conductivity and the realization structure of CNT TCFs provide supporting framefor charge.But because the transmission rate is not high,the resistance is bigger,the adhesionbetween titanium dioxide particles and the flexible substrate,the performance parameters offlexible DSC need to improve.In this paper,we also prepared DSC based on Ti/TiO2,troughanodic oxidation.We got the Jscfor0.59mA/cm~2, Vocfor0.55V.Because the TiO2growing on Tiis more dense, the dye adsorption capacity is limited and radiation from the counter electrode,the performance parameters are not high.Easy source supply of carbon material, and the cost of it is low, in the CNT TCFs of flexibleDSC, the connected structure of carbon nanotube play a role of skeleton for charge, so carbonmaterial is expected to be widely used in DSC areas.
