With the rapid development of electronic products,thin film materials with high light transmittance are widely used.Presently,the transparent conductive film substrate materials in photoelectric material mainly apply organic polymer materials with high transparency and good thermal stability.However,the organic polymer materials are difficult to degrade and cause some ecological environment problems.In order to achieve sustainable development of resources,the demand of using new materials to replace fossil materials is imminent.In this work,a kind of conductive film with high photoelectric property was prepared by cellulose which is the most abundant in the natual.By comparing the dissolution performance and properties of the cellulose film with respect to three ionic liquids,[Amim]Cl,[Bmim]Cl and[Emim]Ac,suitable ionic liquid for cellulose dissolution and preparation of cellulose films with high transparency and tensile strength was selected.The results showed that[Amim]Cl showed a best performance in preparation of cellulose film with high transparency,tensile strength and crystallinity,followed by[Bmim]Cl and[Emim]Ac.Meanwhile,the optimum condition for cellulose film preparation using[Amim]Cl was evaluated.The results indicated thatunder the optimum condition of reaction temperature 90?,reaction time 45min and concentration 3%,the cellulose film with light transmittance 86.4%,tensile strength 43.5 Mpa,crystallinigy 31.6%was prepared.The process condition for preparation of silver nanowires in ethylene glycol was optimized.The results showed that the silver nanowires with a average diameter of 65nm,average length of 8 ?m could be prepared under the temperature of 170?,PVP(polyvinylpyrrolidone)and AgN03 molar ratio of 4.6:1,reaction time of 40min.Unfortunately,the uniformity of the size was poor.The further study found that addition of polyethyleneimine after 30 min reaction could prepare more uniform silver nanowires with a averge diameter of 85 nm and length of 15 ?m.Preparation of Ag nanowires conductive cellulose films by centrifugal deposition,the effect of silver deposition and nitric acid treatment on the transmittance and square resistance of conductive thin films were studied.The results showed that:the film with transmittance 73%and resistance of 23 ?/? could be prepared when the quantity of silver nanowires was kept at 0.18g/m.While the nitrate treatment could improve the properties of the film;in such a case(concentration 16%,time 2 min),the transmittance could reach 80.4%and the resistance remained 28?/?.The perovskite thin film solar cell was prepared by using the transparent conductive film as anode and the electrical propertieswere evaluated.The results showed the short-circuit current density was 9.58 mA/cm2,open circuit voltage was 1.02 V,the fill factor is 45.8%and the photoelectric conversion efficiency was 4.49%.
