The water resources is all living creatures and the foundation of the developmentof human survival, and is the social development necessary material base, theirreplaceable basic natural resources and strategic economic resources. With thedeveloping of the process of the integration of urban and rural areas, the growth of thepopulation, social and economic development, people on the quantity and quality ofwater resource demand more and more high, limited water resources will limit thedevelopment of urban and rural integration, the optimal allocation of water resourceswill promote the coordinated development of the regional sustainable developmentand, therefore, the optimal allocation of water resources has the important practicalsignificance. The main research contents are as follows:(1)In this paper,we take the singularity of optimal allocation of water resourcesresearch background and significance as the breakthrough point, analysis of thedomestic and foreign research status, level and the method for the paper providetheoretical foundation.(2)Introducing the singularity of natural conditions, social economy, and waterresources situation. And analyze the present situation of the singularity of waterresource distribution and the existing problems.(3)From the point of view of the balance between supply and demand of waterresources, we can get the singularity of different planning years forecast water,through the norm for agriculture, industry of water forecast; Through the greyforecasting methods and fixed method, we can get the forecast water which the lifecarry on.At last, we analyze the planning for the water supply and demand balance.(4)Based on sustainable development as the instruction, in order to promoteregional economic, social and ecological environment for the coordinateddevelopment of the object, we establish the multi-objective optimization of waterresources allocation model, this paper discusses the method of determining theparameters of the model, through the linear equation for calculation, optimalallocation scheme formation, and further optimized scheme for analysis.(5)Epilogue, summarizes the research result of the thesis, points out thedeficiency of paper and discusses the future of work.
