Energy-saving,evironment protection and comfortableness of air conditioning systemhave always been the concern of indusrty scholars,the air conditioning system has got a bigprogress through survival of fittest rule for a long time. And scholars have made manyoutstanding contributions in theory,techonology, engineering application and technicalresearch and development.Currently more and more energy-saving air conditioningsystems have emerged, for example radiation heating and cooling system, evaporatecooling system, ice storage air conditioning system,etc.such air conditioning systems havemuch better energy-saving and environment protecion effect than the old ones.As for comfortableness of air conditioning system, most researches and papersconcern about temperature, velocity and humidity,but studies about comfortableness of airconditioning system through surface emissivity is relatively much more less.This paperproposes a new method using a low emission rate materical on the inner surface, which canimprove the comfortableness by increase or decrease the emission between the innersurface and human body. In the same comfortableness, we will have a low energyconsumption by increasing indoor temperature in summer, while. decrease indoortemperature in winter.In order to have a good knowledge of the effect of surface emission oncomfortableness and energy consumption, this papre has been taken into the followingparts:(1) Evaporative cooling air conditioning system model and radiation airconditioning system model have been built, we will much more concern about the buildingenvelope surface emission effection on the radiation heat transfer;(2) Improve Fanger thermal comfortable equation,analysis the diffenrent betweenlow emission rate material building envelope and nomal material building envelopeworking on the human body using different building model. PMV and PPD will becalculated by the MATLAB M-file,which will be helpful for the comfortableness study;(3) Through the contrast analysis of two different emission rate materials inevaporative cooling air conditioning system and radiation cooling/warm system ofdifferent building model, and through the building enevlope inner surface with differentemission rate for the same material, energy saving effect can be studied by temperature difference.,when get the same comfortableness.And then the ideal air conditioning systemsolution will come out,which is comfort and energy-saving.
