The Research On Evolution Of Xin’an River-Fu-chun River Scenic Resort

Xin’an River—Fu-chun River is a part of Fuchun—Xin’an River National Park. Since the scenicresort established in1982, Xin’an River National Park’s tourism industry has gradually achievedgreat development from scratch. The development of Fuchun—Xin’an River National Park, however,appeared many problems with its progressing. Many problems, like exhausted of new sceneryresource and neglected of original resource, seriously restrict the development of scenic resort, whichneed to have a macro control of scenery resource and can not be solve purely by internal managementof scenic resort. And scoped the problem of the development of scenic resort in perspective of history,based on digging internal culture of scenery resource, to optimize resource allocation and promote thedevelopment of the scenic resort once again by protect and utilize method.This article divided the scenery evolution of Xin’an River—Fu-chun River into three bighistorical period and formed clear context and structure by taking the developing progress of Xin’anRiver—Fu-chun River as vertical clues. And made a further research of each scenic spots combined itsimpact of external environment horizontally.This article, according to the investigation and analysis of Xin’an River—Fu-chun River’sscenery resource, summarized the landscape feature of Xin’an River—Fu-chun River as―splendidmountain and beautiful water, rich culture and long history, and excellent ecological environment‖.through summarizing the historic evolution process of Xin’an River—Fu-chun River in three period:ancient to five generations, Song to Qing dynasty and the republic of China.This article indicated that Xin’an River—Fu-chun River has many advantages, as rich scenicresource type, distinct characteristics, well spent of nature and culture. On the other hand, this scenicresort has many disadvantages, like the villas in the scenic spot was lack of unified plan andmanagement, obviously conflict to urban development and environment pollution, the lack ofeffective evidence about Scenic resource reuse, which seriously restrict its development.Finally, this paper explored the future developing trend of Xin’an River—Fu-chun River asfollows: mainly forced on protection, and proceeded effective development based on protection;utilize the achievement of research, realize the re-use of scenery recourse. ―Taking history as a mirror, can know the future‖. This paper conducted research on Xin’anRiver—Fu-chun River’s evolution and hope it will have a certain reference in the protection and buildof Fuchun—Xin’an River National Park.
