Currently, CPS(comprehensive packaging solution) has become popular invarious industries. It involves a variety of industries, such as network security,e-government, electronic media, information security, network marketing,knowledge management, manufacturing, instrumentation house, packaging andso on. The reason why the CPS is so quickly is that it has the followingadvantages. It is mainly due to the these advantages: to meet the requirements ofthe overall marketing communications; to make the customer first and to makethe customer satisfied with the tailored services; to promote the growth of thecustomer and at the same time contributed to the companies and the industry’sdeveloping; to achieve a win-win situation.After analyzing the current situation of domestic and internationalpackaging, it is found that the traditional packaging solutions exists many abuses,such as: be long cycle of design, can’t meet the individual needs of the customers,exist a certain degree of excessive packaging for some products, be a high cost oftransportation and warehousing and so on. The CPS is put forward from abroadcan overcome those shortcomings. Therefore, the CPS is becoming thedevelopment direction of the domestic packaging industry.In this thesis, the packaging design of the vibration feeding device is basedon the CPS. Choose to design the export packaging of the vibration feedequipment is because of the vibration feed equipment has the typicalcharacteristics of the mechanical and electrical products. First, analyzing thepackaging requirements of export vibration feed device to draw up a program; Secondly, according to the "GB of framework wooden box ", combined with thephysical characteristics of the device, special packaging requirements,customer’s requirements and other conditions design the qualified exportpacking; Then, draw the part drawings and assembly drawings of the woodenbox in Pro/E of the3D graphics software; Finally, analyze the stress of the boxin the finite element software ANSYS, to optimize the design, and summary thatthe design is reasonable to meet the original packaging requirements.Through the analysis of simulation experiments and safety on the woodenbox of the vibration feed equipment, improve the credibility of this design, andreduce the packaging design costs and testing costs. It is proposed a generaldesign pattern of the comprehensive packaging solutions, after the summary ofthe vibration feeding equipment packaging design. It will be a reference to thelater packaging design for large, medium-sized mechanical, precisioninstruments.
