Manufacturing execution system is an information management system for theexecutive-level in manufacturing enterprises. In domestic, research in this area has been forsome time, but the application to ship manufacturing is still limited. In this paper, the shipmanufacturing execution system is designed to help enterprises solve problems about thelake of connection between shipbuilding enterprise resource planning and production siteinformation, making the production capacity can be scientific valued, the cost of productionhas been effectively controlled, and management information system can be operated timely,rapidly and effectively, thereby enhancing the overall management level to adapt to therequirements of agility shipbuilding mode to production. This paper makes a detailed studyabout the manufacturing execution system on the function of the ship systems, resourceallocation and state management module and builds its internal architecture. On this basis,to find the module’s mathematical problem, divided into several categories, then establishthe optimal mathematical model to identify the best solution. It can be divided into thefollowing main sections:In the first chapter introduce the research background and significance of the topic,analysis the research status and development trend of the topic home and abroad, anddetermines this study content and research ideas.Chapter II is the research of ship manufacturing execution system architecture and thecomprehensive and systematic summary and analysis of ship MES areas. Basing onexplaining the concept and model of ships MES, this chapter has analyzed the productionmanagement of the ship characteristics. Firstly, this paper established Ship enterprisecapacity model which bases on business functions of MES ship models. Secondly this paperhas discussed the development difficulties of ship manufacturing execution system, and thenexpanded the requirement analysis. Finally, this paper has designed the function hierarchyof MES system.Combining with characteristics of shipbuilding production management Chapter III isthe module design of the ship manufacturing execution system resource allocation and state.This chapter has done the further function requirement analysis of resource allocation andstate management module, which based on a finished ship MES system. And this chapterhas designed the function module requirement of resource allocation and state managementmodule according to resource allocation and state management module and other the dynamic contact module. And through the research, this paper proposed an intelligentalgorithm to solve the problem of resource allocation and application state managementmoduleThe fourth chapter is the introduction of the related intelligent algorithms. This chapterhas analyzed problem occurred then found the most suitable algorithm and explained thealgorithm briefly.The fifth chapter is the application of intelligent algorithm in resource allocation andstate management module. This chapter which has analyzed the issues of the algorithm ispart of the practice with theory such as simulated ship business problems, establishedmathematical models, software simulation.
