The Research And Application On Profile Control Agent In High Water-content Petroleum Deposit Of Oil Field Mid-late Development Stage

Permeability contrast of vertical, area and interlayer becomes serious, due to long term waterflooding, perforation and changing stratum again and again, forced injection and forced production in middle and high permeability reservoir in ShenLi Oilfield, It makes implement water plugging and profile control more difficult. Four cheap blocking agent with different strength were studied, that were weak gel, water swelling polymer combined gel, particulate combined gel and cationic starch. According to the strength of gel, Slug designing included frontal slug, major slug and sealed slug. The weak gel could be used as frontal slug. The gel, combined water swollen gel and combined particulate gel could be used as major slug. The cationic starch, water swollen combined gel and particulate combined gel could also be used as sealed slug. According to ShenLi Oilfield, the volume, injection rate, injection pressure and displacement volume of the slug were optimized. In GuDao, HeKou and ShenLi oil plants of ShenLi Oilfield, it has a good effect of decreasing water production and increasing oil product.
