China faces serious urban water shortage due to the population growth, rapid urbanization and so on. According to the development trend of sewage reuse processing device and the deficiencies in China, a type of household sewage reuse processing device was developed in this paper. Sewage from washing machine and bath can be reused in the bathroom by the device.The structure and dimension of each part was confirmed by using theoretical calculation and analysis; the filtration mechanism of the device was analyzed and the mathematical model of its internal flow field was established; Its internal physical model was established by using CFD software for the numerical simulation of the internal flow field, the relationship between the filtering performance and inlet velocity, rotation speed of brush was obtained by changing the parameters of the model. The best operation parameters was got by using the orthogonal test, its filtering performance parameters was got by the prototype experiment; water sample was tested and compared with the national urban mixed water quality standards. The results show that the household sewage reuse processing device can comply with the design requirements and has an important strategic significance to the reuse of water in city. |
