With the development of society, the rise of the leather industry, single leather can not meet the aesthetic needs of people, more and more new varieties of leather are developed. Fish Skin production has several thousand years of history and culture, inspired by skin processing of Hoche, as well as recycling considerations, the skin processed into leather, composited different properties of Burkina faso to make a new material, used in the clothing, leather goods and leather handicrafts and other fields. This issue focuses on the fish skin of history, beginning from the ancient tribes, skin is used in all aspects of life, with the advances in technology, more material can be choose, fish skin gradually been forgotten, their produce only can be grasped in a fraction of people, with the beginning of fashion pursuit, modern fish skin will be arised again, mainly because its unique patterns and unique qualities of leather, their processed into handicrafts, souvenirs and so on. Fish skin as a waste material, it can be processed into leather, not only used circle, but also can develop new composite materials, the application of a broader area.Designed and developed two kinds of fabric, concluding two products, tongue sole skin composite with soybean protein fiber fabric, Mahathir skin composite with wire polyester fabric. According to the product design requirements, this paper introduces habits, patterns, and performance of three common fishes, the final choice tongue sole fish skin as the main raw material for the experiment. This paper analysis the internal structure and chemical ingredients of the tongue sole skin. This paper determined the produce method, including manual and mechanical methods, the final we choice mechanical method for producing.Composite of choice, this paper compares the composite metho, drawing on fabric lining adhesion method, considering fish skin un-durable temperature, and finally to determine the adhesive to composed fish skin Burkina faso at room temperature, this paper describes the types requesting and coating method of adhesive. Due to consider environment, health and other factors on the human body, selecting a non-toxic polyurethane adhesives, this adhesive material rich, low cost, simple operation. After the fish skin produced and testing performance, so that they bond different applications and different areas of burkina, tongue sole skin soft and thin used in the clothing field, some of Mahathir thicker skin is relatively hard used in development of leather and so on, this experiments were composited on two fish skin, after compositing, in accordance with the national standard, testing thickness, flexibility, tear strength, shrinkage temperature and other conventional performance testing, test data analysis shows that the composite fabric of two fish skin can reach the experimental design. Also the special properties of the two samples were tested, can achieve product design requirements. The burkina faso compose of fish skin can be combined into a new composite material, the integration of the unique qualities of skin and a special performance of functional fabrics, such as soybean protein fiber have antibacterial, soft, and other special properties, and radiation properties of the metal wire fabrics, etc. The composition of burkina and skin will apparel textile industry into the new design elements, the nature of the different functions of two different composite fabrics will more developed their advantages, increase its value. Fish skin have wide varieties, rich resources, so there are abundant raw materials, many kinds of fabrics can be combined with it. Therefore, the material composed of burkina faso-fish skin will have a good space for development.
