Ganguyi oil field is subordinate to Yanchang oil field co.,LTD, which is located at the junction of Yan’an city and Yan’chang county in Shaanxi Province and is typical of low porosity, low permeability and low capacity lithologic reservoir. The water channeling phenomenon of some oil wells emerged in the long-term water injection development process of Ganguyi oil field, this situation led to the higher moisture content, low oil recovery rate, water injection difficulties and other issues. In order to solve the above problems, in September2007, Ganguyi oil picking factory cooperated with Guangxi Baise Kete oil services company, carried out the test of the displacement of reservoir oil with air foamn injection in Cong54and Cong55water injection wells in Tang80well area. After two years of mine field test, not only did we find that the technology can effectively increased the yield, but aslo reduced oil wells moisture content, with better profile control and oil displacement functions.On the basis of the previous preliminary test of the displacement of reservoir oil with air foamn injection, the subject selected the eight injection wells group in Tang114well area as a pilot area to study the technology of air foam integrated profile control and oil displacement, tested in the mines, systemly analysed the data of the test area geology, well history, formation testing, and pressure test, analysed the measures and production data of oil well and water well. Combined the reservoir properties, fluid properties of test wells to establish of three-dimensional geological model of the study area. Through the optimization of the best indoor formula composition, proportion and injection program, used the simulation of profile control and oil displacement injection program to determine the optimal program of profile control and oil displacement.Conducted the profile control and oil displacement test with the best program in the mines field for three months, the results showed that the technology of air foam integrated profile control and oil displacement was effective in blocking the permeability channels in the oil wells and water wells, the response producer was to achieve the effect of increasing fluid production, reducing moisture content and increasing oil in different degrees. The study reflected the great potential of the technology of air foam integrated profile control and oil displacement used in this field and this technology would draw on the experiences for the development of similar oil reservoir with high efficiency.
