Of oasis in recent decades of rapid population growth, land and water resources developmentscale and intensity of the rapid growth of the original natural ecological balance was broken. Oasisecosystems are subjected to severe interference, desertification and the oasis of the conflictsignificantly intensified, deteriorating ecological environment, seriously restricting the basin of thenational economy and social development, and a direct threat to life, survival and physical healthof local people. The pros and cons of the environment here is also directly related to thesustainable development of the northern slope of Tianshan economic zones, industrial andagricultural production and economic impact of the Eurasian Continental Bridge Link smoothinternational transport. So do a good job essential for sustainable development of oasis and desertin the handover of the Ebinur Lake Irrigation District with the control of soil erosion anddesertification control to protect the local ecological environment and socio-economic.This article is in a field survey and summary of the study area in1990,2001and2009, LandsatTM/of ETM+image data as the main information source on the basis of previous research, remote sensing image processing software support in ENVI4.5first, access to four of the study ofland desertification of land desertification classification, and then four data ArcGIS9.x softwarefor vectorization, spatial overlay, the region was established nearly20years of land desertificationGIS database. Second, relying on the database the status quo of land use analysis, and to identifythe spatial and temporal variations of the study area for nearly20years of oasis. Finally, the fullyexplore the land use dynamic changes of the main driving factor on the basis of analysis of landuse development trends of the dynamic changes. The results show that:(1) in1990than2009water shrank0.45percent, but the narrowingis not so obvious, has remained largely stable trend of oasis distribution characteristics aresignificant changes in the area also has a significant expansion in the transferred and roll-outprocess, the transfer between the oasis and unused land close, and transferred to the contributionrate seen in the dominant oasis, instead, the dominant contribution rate unused land. Precipitationincreased since the main reason for90years, soil and water resources development trends instability, coupled with the extensive application of water-saving technologies, agricultural waterdiversion into the stable lake some expansion.2003Bortala River into the lake of basic flat withyear-round, no significant increase of the population and area, Ebinur Lake area is relatively stable.(2) the role of natural factors and human factors, the strength at a lower level of intensity of humanfactors in the higher level, its located in the desert oasis region of the transition zone the ecologicalbackground is relatively weak, economically belong to pastoral Transitional Zone, agriculturalproduction conditions change more frequently relevant. In the role of human factors, population, agricultural GDP, the role of the cultivated area. Land and water development, climate change, andgradually decreases the amount of water injected into the Ebinur Lake Ebinur Lake lake atrophycaused land salinization, dust storms, dust, dust weather increases; irrational use of chemicalfertilizers, pesticides, plastic films, etc., leading to rural pollution; Some industrial enterprises inpollutant emissions compliance issues; emergence of environmental protection issues...
