Since the beginning of the21st century, the rapid development of economic has brought a range of environmental issues which attract more and more attention, in this context, low-carbon economy has become inevitable. At present, low-carbon economy has become an important measure to reduce carbon emissions, control the greenhouse effectively, and achieve sustainable development with economy and environment.The logistics industry has always consume a lot of energy and caused a lot of carbon emissions. On this occasion, the implementation of low-carbon logistics is of utmost importance to low-carbon economy, which combined with low carbon idea and logistics. For retail chain enterprises, distribution directly affects their survival and development as one of the most important part of logistics system. The development of low-carbon logistics distribution not only can save resources and reduce carbon emissions, bringing enormous social and environmental benefits, but also reduce logistics costs and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises effectively, and enable enterprises to obtain greater economic benefits. Therefore, reasonable planning and research the logistics distribution system of retail chain enterprises based on Low-carbon economy has important application value and practical significance.This article detailed research and discusses how to develop low-carbon logistics distribution for retail chain enterprises from the point of view of the enterprise managers, which specifically includes:(1)Analyzed the characteristics of retail chain enterprise logistics distribution and the driving mechanism of the development of low-carbon logistics distribution, and summarized the problems in the current process of low-carbon logistics distribution development of the retail chain enterprises.(2)Proposed three principles that low-carbon logistics distribution system should followed, that is integrated principle, balance principle and recycle principle. According to the characteristics of the retail chain enterprises distribution, researched functions of low-carbon logistics distribution from low-carbon procurement, low-carbon transport, low-carbon storage, low-carbon distribution processing and reverse logistics distribution five of aspects, and offered concrete ideas and methods of construction of low-carbon logistics distribution system. Structured logistics distribution LRP optimization model based on the bi-level programming, and a case is analyzed from this model. (3)According to the characteristics of retail chain enterprise logistics distribution, structured an evaluation model of logistics distribution system low carbon degrees, including low-carbon procurement, low-carbon transport, low-carbon distribution processing and low-carbon integrated management five level1evaluation index, specific disintegrated the level1evaluation index and then build a multi-layered and comprehensive evaluation index system so that provided a convincing basis for enterprise managers to evaluate and improve low-carbon logistics distribution system.In summary, this research results supplement and perfect related theory system of low-carbon logistics, offered specific ideas and construction methods for retail chain enterprises to develop low-carbon logistics distribution system, and offered a more adequate scientific basis and decision support by structuring multi-level evaluation index system to evaluate and optimize company's existing logistics distribution system.
