The rapid development of the global economy makes the large conglomerates to begin to transform to the group, while accompanying a variety of management issues have surfaced. The development of large conglomerates expands rapidly in China for nearly twenty years, but there is a big gap between foreign conglomerates and domestic large conglomerates, especially multinational group. To the domestic large conglomerates, vigorously strengthening the integrity of the Group management and optimization of control model and establishment of the subsidiary scientific and systematic performance appraisal system is the key to improving current management.This article starts with the theory of group controlling and performance management. Analyzing the current issues of HS conglomerate about enterprise controlling and current situation of performance evaluation with the support of the theory, and giving suggestions for improvement with use of management and control model, the balanced scorecard and other tools under the premise of analyzing of pros and cons HS conglomerate.These suggestions about management and improvement for HS conglomerate in this article, are proposed mainly from aspects of corporate governance, the choice of management and controlling mode and responsibility system and other aspects, as well as combining the theory of balanced scorecard to propose suggestions from the aspects of the designing of performance evaluation index and integrity of the system performance.
