Study On Automobile Green Supply Chain Management

As the world economy's rapid development and intensification of economic globalization, market competition in the 21st century is no longer a competition between individual enterprises, but mainly the competition between the supply chains. The automotive industry is not only a national pillar industry,but also the important sign of development of productive forces of the country now。Therefore, the automotive industry holds an important position in the national economy. With 2009 global climate summit in Copenhagen, low carbon economy is being known,understood and accepted by more and more people in the world;the environmental consciousness and the green idea have struck root in the hearts of the people, in addition our country is the WTO member nation, so the pressure on the external environment, resources and energy,which China's automobile industry faces,is getting biger and bigger, it is more and more difficult for the traditional automobile supply chain management to adapt to the trend of the times and the social development tendency.Taking this into consideration, this article launches the research to the automobile green supply chain management in order to establish the operation pattern of automobile green supply chain management,which suits sustainable development for the automotive industry。First of all,this article analyzes the green supply chain management research and the automobile green supply chain management research at home and abroad, and then put forward the concept and connotation of a green supply chain management and an automobile green supply chain management, the comparation of the green supply chain and the traditional supply chain, introduction of green supply chain management theories and the characteristics of automobile green supply chain management.Second,this article introduces the key link of automobile green supply chain management,and points out the necessity,status and problems of China's automotive industry in the implement of green supply chain management.Third, this article constructs the evaluation models for performance and green degree of automobile green supply chain management in order to evaluate the implementation of China's automobile green supply chain management, and proposes some concrete countermeasures and suggestions regarding this.Finally, this article analyzes and summaries the green supply chain management of Shanghai General Motors,and this enables the automobile green supply chain management not only to have the theoretical significance, but also to have the important practice value.
