As for the reality of the world economic integration, the unity and the cooperation between areas have become a trend. To break the self-governed growth mode and establish a concert, mutual development pattern is the requirement of the times. To form a mechanism with all the regions exploiting their own particular advantages for mutual benefit and development, is a valuable means of achieving coordinated development of regional economics. Therefore, we should sparkplug the intersectional open evolution and enhance the collaboration between areas, and then make the economic integration come true that would be the main direction of future studies.With the advancing of reforming and opening, Regional Economic Cooperation of XiJiang Shihezi—Shawan—Manasi is more frequent, and competitions between Enterprises is more fierce. And the regional locates in the middle of TianShan Economic Line, Notability Superiority, Rich Resources, Solid Agricultural infrastructure, Industry System Improving. The special working meeting was held by the Party in 2010, which is a history chance for the regional of XiJiang Shihezi—Shawan—Manasi in economic developing.Firstly, the concept of Regional economic integration is defined, then reviewing the theory of Regional economic integration and some revelations from the theory; Secondly, demonstrating the feasibility of Regional economic integration and analyzing the effect of Regional economic integration; Thirdly, probing into the obstacles which is existing in the coursing of; Finally, some countermeasures and advices are gived in order to promoting the XiJiang Shihezi—Shawan—ManasiRegional economic integration.
