Analysis Of The Impact Of Regional Economic Integration On China's Outward Foreign Direct Investment

With the development of economy,China's annual stock and flow of OFDI are showing varying degrees of growth.One of the first issues to be considered by foreign investment is the choice of investment location.How to choose the location,choose what kind of location,the success of investment can be crucial.Multinational companies in the selection of location must be taken into account the various factors of the degree of influence,rational choice.Among them,regional economic integration is an important factor that cannot be ignored.While there is a phenomenon in the international community that some countries are divorced from regional integration,this cannot be a reason why we ignore the benefits that regional integration brings to the world and the economies of the world.The establishment of regional economic integration organizations will not only affect the trade flow and flow within and outside the district,but also affect the investment in the region.With the deepening of regional integration,its role in attracting foreign direct investment will change.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literatures on the regional selection of OFDI(Foreign Direct Investment),this paper analyzes and classifies the applicable theories,and analyzes the influence mechanism of regional economic integration on OFDI location selection,Which includes the different investment effects brought by the motivations,methods and regional economic integration of OFDI location selection;Based on the existing data,the distribution status and characteristics of OFDI in China are summarized,and many factors influencing OFDI location selection are analyzed;This paper chooses the data of OFDI in 73 countries in China from 2003 to 2015,and uses the panel data regression model to measure the influence of six variables including regional economic integration on the location selection of OFDI in China.On the basis of this regression,the regional economic integration and other variables of the synergistic estimates,empirical analysis of the regional economic integration within the China OFDI how to choose the location;to the text of empirical research based on the conclusions of China's OFDI The location of choice and other issues put forward policy recommendations.
